Miami Flats Fishing
Location: Biscayne Bay and Upper Florida Keys
We will be fishing the famed Biscayne Bay located just minutes from Downtown Miami and a short distance from any of the major metropolitan area of South Florida.
This beautiful Bay features Biscayne Bay National Park and is approximately 35mi long and 10mi wide and covers 429sq. miles. It is home to some of the biggest Bonefish on the planet, as well as Permit and Tarpon. Although we target the big three, we will most likely have a run-in with Mutton Snapper, Snook, Barracuda and Sharks while on the flats.
During the months of April through June we are able to fish the tarpon migration throughout Biscayne Bay and the Upper Florida Keys down to Islamorada. In addition to the exceptional bonefish and permit fishing, anglers wanting to fish for tarpon ranging from 50 to well over 100 pounds choose to book during April, May and June.
Boat Ramps
Our launch locations vary based on your hotel, wind, weather and time of year. The ramps in Biscayne Bay I launch from: Black Point Marina, or Homestead Bayfront Park.

This location offers world class fishing, as well as excellent opportunities for nightlife, fine dining, pristine beaches and other outdoor activities. It is a great place for accompanying non-fishing travelers to seek entertainment, while we pursue the legendary sportfish of South Florida. Plus, Miami International Airport (MIA) is located right outside downtown and there are over 80 airlines serving MIA to over 150 destinations around the globe, so travel is truly a breeze.
